Brazilian Amazon and Rio de Janeiro - 8 Nights
Perfect mix between eco-tour adventure and beaches with a taste of the city life. This package starts off with one night in the city of Manaus, where the adventures are about to begin early the following day. The first day you will start the eco tour with a boat ride to the Tree Top Resort in the middle of the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil; and after lunch you will visit an Amazonian village. On the second day you will go jungle trekking, piranha fishing, and alligator spotting. On the third day you will view the beautiful sunrise in the Amazon Tour, and have the afternoon free to explore the jungle where you may swim with pink dolphins or explore the jungle a little more. You will return to civilization on a boat ride back to Manaus where you will spend the day relaxing at a resort before catching a flight to your second stop on the tour - Rio de Janeiro. Upon checking into your hotel in Rio de Janeiro, you are free to explore the city on your own. On the second day you will be taken around the town to show you the beautiful sights in Rio including a stop at one of the seven wonders of the world, the Corcovado, and another stop at the beautiful Sugar Loaf mountain where you will have the option of hiking up the first mountain or going up by tram; if all this sightseeing opens up your appetite do not worry because you are going to a typical all you can eat Brazilian barbecue lunch. The following evening you will go to the Rio by Night dinner show where dancers will give you a taste of Brazilian culture. The following day you will head back to the United States.
